I bought the flat in Nov 2014 (as a buy-to-let) and dealt with Cheryl Johnson of your Westbourne office. She was so professional, knowledgeable & helpul during the purchasing process, that it was a ???no-brainer??? when it came to choosing a local Estate Agent when I decided to sell the flat. As events proved, it was a good choice.

Goadsby sold my flat for me and were a rare example of straightforward, helpful agents. They worked very hard to find a good buyer, got almost all my asking price and were supportive during the sale process too. I wish all the estate agents I've encountered were this easy to deal with!

We moved two properties to Goadsby in 2016 when we became dissatisfied with our previous company's service and have been very pleased with the level of service they have provided. I arranged the move through Lettings Manager, Claire Martin, who was extremely professional and efficient, prompt to respond and has been supportive ever since. Claire was instrumental in connecting us with the relevant Goadsby branch where the second property was. The wider Goadsby team from the Poole and Wimborne branches, especially Adam, Gary, Chloe and Charlene, are also supportive, proactive with communication and willing to assist. We were so impressed with Goadsby that we asked them to manage a third property in 2017 and would unhesitatingly recommend them to others.

From my inital converstion with the office in Poole to James delivering the keys to me so I didn't need to pop into the office, I found the whole transation of selling and purchasing my new home relatively event free. <br />James leads a very good team who all are knowledgeable and courteous with no question too much for them. They responded to any questions very quickly and all viewings were accompanied which was the sort of service I was looking for. Thank you James, Oliver and the rest of the team.
