James kept me informed and was always courteous, even when I was pushing him for daily updates when the chain was delaying!<br /><br />The reason I went with you was because I viewed a property through your Broadstone office and David Price (I think) was keen to introduce me to your Poole office for a valuation. If it weren't for him recommending your other office I would have been marketing through Adams and Rose whom I purchased the property from.<br /><br />We achieved the price that we discussed so I walked away very satisfied with the overall service I received.

An excellent service from Goadsby Poole and Jack Smith in particular. For various reasons our purchase was not straightforward but Jack was always extremely helpful and willing to attend many viewings. Thanks to Jack and the Goadsby staff we have now finalised the purchase and are delighted. We would highly recommend Goadsbys for their professionalism, unwavering assistance and friendliness.

We dealt with James Silverton to set everything up, then Jack Fletcher looked after us throughout. Both are a credit to their Company. They answered every question, sorted every query/problem regardless of size, helped us with dealing with solicitors and most importantly always rang back when they promised. We were impressed from the start and we were helped at all stages. The staff was very kind and eased our way to our new home. We only moved In 2 days ago and would have got around thanking all but we are still surrounded by boxes!!!!!! Thank you everyone.

I was actually the buyer of the property for which Goadsby Westbourne was instructed to sell. So although I did not have a contractual relationship with Goadsby, I thought the service provided by Nicole was very good as the purchase had some complications which required her close attention to keep the deal on track.
