I always got a call within a day of contacting the office and Rebekah was really helpful towards the end of the sale, which was particularly stressful and frustrating due to delays caused by the buyer's solicitor.

My Completion was long and Goadsby, in particular, Jack was very good at communicating and keeping both myself and my Solicitor up to date with the seller's requests <br />Thank you for a great service

But we would use local solicitors for convey ending, might be more expensive up front but would have completed quicker to enable us to get rental income faster.<br />Also disappointed at not getting information that I requested after completion. Such as who the gas and electricity suppliers are.

Matthew was very professional and efficient at all times. As we had rather a difficult vendor due to pressure he was putting onto Goadsby and consequently ourselves, this made it even more difficult for Matthew to monitor, but he handled the situation in the most discreet way possible, as we feel, due to the impatience of our vendor, he could have easily withdrawn his property from ourselves or even Goadsby. But all was well in the end and we are now happily settling into our lovely flat.

They sold my flat and helped me find what I was looking for.

If you are not suitable to rent just they are wasting your time. The landlord abroad, not reachable. Next day the let agreed with someone.

Having dealt with 5 different letting agencies over 20 years Goadsby fall way wide of the mark, dreadful service and unprofessional avoid the Poole branch at all costs.
