They were good as gold when helping buy my first flat. There were many delays and problems, but they stayed on my side and chased people up on my behalf. They maintained consistent contact with me throughout the purchase and kept me informed of everything I needed to know!

Leon at the Poole branch was excellent - efficient, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, communicative and personable. Just the right level of 'pushing' and 'helping'. This was my 13th house purchase and was as good as any - and better than many!
