I previously left a review praising Goadsby and their help throughout our letting process. However, once moved into the property we were renting we found numerous issues with the place, which had not been disclosed to us. Including boiler leaks, no hot water or running water, leaking taps, loose toilet seats, wrongly labelled appliances, not working extractor fans and a variety of further issues! When speaking to the estate agent, Morgan, she claimed to have no idea, despite the issues were visible and listed on the relevant documents she provided me with after simply handing over the keys with little to no help. My mother had to come in and clean the place head to toe as the place had not been cleaned, and if it had, it was to a very poor standard. The inventory could not even list 2 out of 3 of our meter readings! We have had little to no help since in sorting these issues, and have been told to find the meter readings ourselves despite neither the estate agents or clerks being able to locate them. The service after payment and signatures were received have been very poor and I am absolutely disgusted! The stress this has caused on myself & my family has been second to none because of Goadsby. I would not recommend Goadsby if you are looking to rent or let a property!

Morgan Garner was very quick to respond and reply to my emails and queries. She was very helpful on the phone and kept me updated with the property

i have been dealing with both Cath & Leon looking at properties and on all occasions they were very helpful and often turned up at short notice. They clearly new the market and I would not hesitate to use them again. A real credit to Goadsby

I would definitely recommend Goadsby! We had Morgan show us round at our viewing & handle our tenancy. The communication we received from Morgan throughout was amazing & very appreciated. A very quick and smooth experience! :)

We had a mixed experience at Goadsby. Initially we were managed by one individual who turned out to be more than unreliable, very difficult to get hold of and misled us (verbally) as to what to expect from the contents of the property we were buying. Other individuals at Goadsby have been significantly more helpful (Cath was very effective, friendly and helpful and Richard Farnes worked extremely hard to get the sale completed). My thanks to the team - it is all about the people!!

Goadsby has been excellent in the whole process. A huge shoutout to Leon who’s always been on hand to answer any questions and has been the utmost professional.

Amazing letting service. Found a good tenant really quickly and made the whole process seamless and easy.
