Acting on behalf of a private client, Goadsby has obtained planning permission for a mixed-use commercial and residential development at The Triangle/Norwich Road, Bournemouth. The scheme includes a new workshop, studio flat and family house. It is a challenging site due to the change in levels, sloping down from west to east.
Following negotiations on the design of the development, the decision from BCP Council was made under officer delegated authority within 16 weeks of the submission of the application.
