Magna Carta has secured a former restaurant premises in Ashley Cross, introducing a new food and beverage destination to the area. We have been advised that doors will open by the end of September, bringing a fresh offering to one of Poole's most popular suburbs.

Goadsby were instructed by the landlord to market the property and following strong interest in the opportunity, successfully negotiated lease terms with the tenant, facilitating a smooth transaction and helping to bring the new venture to Ashley Cross.
