Goadsby Property Management - January 2024 Review - Another Successful Year

Adrian Carter, Director of Goadsby Property Management Department is pleased to announce that 2024 was another successful year for the department, having won new instructions and expanded the team.

A number of new clients and buildings were on-boarded, including service charge management of a retail development in Petersfield, Hampshire, a mixed retail and residential development in Ashley Cross, Poole, retail and car parking in Gillingham, North Dorset, retail in Wimborne Road, Bournemouth and mixed developments in Abbey Walk, Romsey and West Street, Fareham.

As well as winning these new instructions during the year, the very experienced Gary Gibbons joined the team from Curchods, where he had headed their Property Management team. He brings over 30 years experience in commercial property management.

In addition to this, Joey Blythe has been recruited as a Trainee Management Assistant.

Further new instructions are being tracked, including an exciting major redevelopment in the centre of Bournemouth which is due to be completed in September 2025.
