Carve Developments Announces the Launch of Bright House in Bournemouth Carve Developments proudly announces the launch of 'Bright House', an innovative conversion of the iconic House of Fraser building in Bournemouth town centre. Following the successful acquisition of Planning and Listed Building consent, we are set to transform this historic landmark into a modern marvel.

Bright House draws its inspiration and name from the building's storied past. The project celebrates the legacy of Bright's of Bournemouth, once a bustling hub in the town's retail landscape. By integrating historical elements with contemporary design, we aim to create a living space that respects its rich heritage while meeting modern needs.

The Brights House development retains a significant provision of commercial space, with significant prominence and frontage along Old Christchurch Road, Gervis Place and The Arcade. This offers versatile space for leisure, competitive socialising, traditional retail or food & beverage uses, with space ranging from 625 sq ft to 30,000 sq ft. This accommodation has just been launched by Goadsby, available on traditional occupational leases.

For more information on commercial leasing, please contact Grant Cormack at Goadsby via email: grant.cormack@goadsby.com or phone: 01202 550135 or 07776 217453.

This development will introduce 129 premium en-suite student studios, each designed to offer a comfortable and conducive living and learning environment. The building will also feature a range of study and amenity rooms, ensuring a balanced lifestyle for its residents.
