Ours was a very difficult sale. Rebecca, at the Wimborne branch, has been absolutely superb throughout the process, always keeping us informed, explaining everything and certainly keeping me calm. I have used Goadsby previously and have always found them to be extremely professional, calls are always returned, emails are answered and most importantly you are kept updated. I visited the Wimborne office on a Monday morning to enquire about a property available for rent, but it seems there had been quite a bit of interest. On the Wednesday I received an e-mail asking if I would like to view the property on the Thursday morning. This I did and was given the application forms which I completed and e-mailed to the office that evening. Friday afternoon I was offered the propery subject to references etc. The staff at the office (Adam & Freddy) were most helpful and dealt with any queries quickly, e-mailing me the next day with a reply.
