We purchased through Goadsby and we found the agents that we dealt with very friendly, professional and helpful, especially Rebecca and Annabel. It was not an easy house move, but Rebecca kept us sane!

We have had a great experience with Rebecca during our property purchase. From the beginning, she was friendly, professional, and very responsive. Despite issues with our solicitors, Rebecca kept us informed through out the whole process and made everything feel smooth and stress free. We would definitely recommend the team at Goadsby Wimborne and will be using them in the future!

Not very impressed with the service we received I'm afraid. We decided to sell our property through goadsby as they were the selling agent when we purchased it 7 years previous. They were very proactive, friendly and enthusiastic about the property upon valuation and putting it on the market. After that everything grinded to a slow halt. We were getting 1 viewing a week if we were lucky(!), they used the excuse of "Nobody's in the market for a 2 bed flat at the moment" Communication was poor, leaving it several days to give us any feedback and not returning our calls. We had to request that they allow us to appoint a 2nd agent as they tie you into a 16 week sole agency contract(!!!) - be careful of this! After an agreement over several emails we finally appointed a 2nd agent who got us 2-3 viewings a week and sold the property within 4 weeks!! They didn't even jump into action when we appointed the 2nd agent (you would've thought they'd wanted the sale) - it was like they were non existent, so we removed them altogether from the sale. I recommend avoiding this agency and highly recommend getting in touch with Meyers.

Excellent service to enable a difficult sale where a building survey and the land registry created a few hurdles. Super communication with both buyer and seller and the solicitors.
