Having been impressed with Goadsby last time we moved we decided to sell through them again and were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and efficient and Gavin in particular was excellent, keeping us really well informed throughout the latter stages of the sale when it matters most. Would highly recommend.

On the whole our negotiator was very good. However, there were occasions when the attitude towards us as buyers was impatient and abrupt, clearly conveying the vendors??? irritation at delays (caused not by us but the vendors??? solicitors and their own failure to respond to questions regarding the property). This was unfortunate and not an approach we have ever experienced when using Goadsby before. Would we use Goadsby again but would prefer not to use the same negotiator.

I instructed Goadsby to sell my old property, because I had good service from the Westbourne office when purchasing my new property. The transactions were separate rather than concurrent (completion dates in March and October 2018) and both were conducted through my family solicitor in Essex, hence no recommendation was required.
