I was the buyer of a property in Verwood in 2017, the Sale was handled by Goadsby Estate Agents in Verwood . I was impressed by the professionalism of Rob, Sue and Nathan who were always efficient and helpful, promptly answering questions or seeking clarification. They really stood out as they liaised with mortgage companies, solicitors in relation to probate, Conveyances, Surveyors and all parties involved in the process; to politely hasten the process and this saved me no end of worry. Shall i say they were excellent at friendly chivying and keeping the 'ball rolling'. Having bought and sold 6 times over the decades, and so having many past experiences to compare - i can say that they stood head and shoulders above all previous experiences. If I'm ever minded to sell i will engage Goadsby Verwood. Their friendly assistance and thoughtfulness i received throughout the period was continued once i moved into this friendly town by many organisations and the Local Authority - so i am unlikely to be requiring their 'Selling Skills' for sometime! Rob Ward and his team were absolutely excellent. Having previously marketed our home unsuccessfully with two other local agents, we wish in hindsight that we had instructed Rob in the first instance and we have to say that Sue Gardiner, their in house Sales Progressor, is worth the equivalent of three solicitors.
