Rob Ward (now at Salisbury branch) provided excellent customer care, going above and beyond. His communication was quick and clear, always felt kept up to date. Since he relocated the communication hasn�t been quite so efficient.

Nathan, Ben and Sue have been outstanding and helped us every step of the way will recommend to family and friends

Recently purchased a property through Goadsby in Verwood, dealt with Nathan, Ben, and sue. (Sue is a legend) Could not of been more impressed with the kindness and professionalism from these guys. More so, if you are a first time buyer, they guided me through the process with such efficiency that something i was so worried about doing became so easy and enjoyable. Nathan was a star, and always on the other end of the phone to assist, as was sue, who literally keeps you sane! Thank you so much, can not wait to move now!!!!!

Sue is a real asset at the Verwood office, she did a brilliant job of keeping me informed and pulling the various parties together to make sure it all completed.

The office went above and beyond. I lost a buyer and got new buyer within 24 hrs. <br />Was kept totally up to date all the way through. <br />Sue then did all the chasing and following up while reporting back to us to keep the chain together through difficulties which she acted on immediately.
