We were hugely impressed with Neve. She listened, advised and was really on top of her subject. She went to great lengths to explain Goadsby's ethos. She marketed the propety well and we were fortunate to immediately have 9 viewings. Two were successful in her view and were offered the tenancies. As it happened, they subsequently found alternative properties, so we re-marketed. Suitable candidiates are automatically presented by Goadsby's but we did hit a tiny hiccup at this point, as we didn't have any confidence in this tenancy, due to many concerns, some relating to the candidates 'precarious' finances and personal situation. Again, Neve listented, and although we did lose some time re-marketing, she found the perfect couple to take up one year's tenancy and they have already move in. Hooray!

Reece has been an absolute breath of fresh air & kept me informed all throughout the buying process whilst resolving any query I had. Like a true consummate professional, he was exceptionally friendly & maintained open communications to ensure the whole process was as stress free as possible. If this is the level of professionalism I can expect from everyone at goadsby Southampton , then I'm sure I'll be dealing with them for many years to come!

Was a tenant for a year in a property managed by Goadsby Southampton. I am very satisfied with the agency. Excellent service and help when needed. Laura and her team are always helpful. They respond to and solve very quickly any issues that could arise. Overall and excellent experience and highly reccomend. Much more humane behavior than the average high-street agency.

This review pertains to Kiranjit Khosah in the Southampton branch on London Road: It is very unusual to find someone in any letting agency that goes 'over and above' - Kiranjit did !

Very thorough service, honest and upfront throughout our process. Kiranjit specifically was always very quick to respond to any queries we may have had, especially when difficulties out of her control presented themselves, she made a point to ensure we were always well informed of what the current status was. Unfortunately the previous tenants did not leave our new property in the best condition, and yet when we moved in, it was like moving in to a new-build. Very pleased with the service, and Kiranjit is an absolute credit to her team.

Friendly and supportive team. They took time in explaining each process and was happy to answer questions at all time. When concerns were raised they got back immediately and provided resources and professional advice.
