I have been renting my flat for the last 4 months with Goadsby and just had my first maintenance check visit today. It was very easy to rearrange my visit due to work patterns, they did not put any problems to that. Kiranjit came to check the flat. The visit was quick and efficient. Kiranjit was the staff member that showed me the flat and it was very nice to see her again. She is very approachable, sweet and professional. Would recommend Goadsby for letting definitely.

Goadsby have been looking after our properties for a decade now. Their levels of service are exemplarily. They are professional, courteous and most importantly get our properties let and well looked after. A particular shout out to Laura Digby in the Southampton office who has been looking after us for all this time. I am not an easy customer, but am well pleased.

They worked hard to line up dozens of people to view my house, were accommodating to my personal circumstances, and got me a great price. They very much earned their commission on my house sale. I really can't recommend them more.
