I couldn't fault Goadsby's in expediting the sale ...from the initial engagement, telling me they would get the brochure completed by the Tuesday AFTER the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, AND then making good on this commitment (a remarkable achievement that shows real dedication) to the last day, chivvying the solicitors (sadly, this was necessary). I could neither fault, nor improve on the service I received from Goadsby's (except maybe suggest they take on Conveyancing as well to speed EVERYTHING up!) And excellent & regular communication throughout the entire process. Faultless

After putting our 2 bed ground floor flat in Goadsby's hands Ollie Shrubsole the Branch Manager informed us of a sale within 2 days, a ideal purchaser was found and plain sailing we thought until we came up against the purchasers solicitor who managed to drag out the sale for 4 months. We cant thank Ollie enough for all his efforts to complete the sale and would use Goadsby again without question, a really professional Estate Agent.
