My husband and I have had (and continue to have) a totally excellent experience in our dealings with Kelsey Cadden, during the process of preparing and letting our house by the firm of Goadsby. Although most of our dealings have been with Kelsey, when needed, se have also been very well looked after by the other members of the Goadsby letting team. We find Kelsey to be very personable, friendly, kind, thoughtful and extremely efficient; we recommend anyone who is interested in letting or renting a property to do so through Kelsey and her team.

This has been the perfect purchase which was achieved with the helpful and efficient service provided by Ollie and Tom at the Goadsby Poole office. Just to say a big thank you and can't wait to pick up the keys.

I know it's a team effort, but I couldn't fault Ollie's part in expediting the sale ...from the initial engagement, telling me he would get the brochure completed by the Tuesday AFTER the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, AND then making good on this commitment (a remarkable achievement that shows real dedication) to the last day, chivvying the solicitors (,sadly, this was necessary). I could neither fault, nor improve on Ollie's assistance (except maybe suggest he takes on Conveyancing as well!) And excellent & regular communication throughout the entire process

Charlotte and Colin at the Bournemouth branch were really helpful too and sold my property quickly and again I was struck by their patience and willingness to help. Thank you both.
