Excellent service on purchasing a property. We were kept informed at every stage and nothing was too much trouble for them. I can highly recommend their service

My property was listed on a Thursday and offer accepted on the Saturday. I dealt with a senior sales negotiator, Jack Fletcher, who was the epitome of helpfulness throughout the process. At all times he was totally professional, responsive and supportive. He was a point of sanity in what can be a long process. Thanks Jack. Job well done.

I cannot praise Goadsbys Poole enough for supporting us through our first house purchase. Their customer service was exceptional and I highly recommend them. I cannot thank Jack Fletcher enough. He was informative, supportive and so professional throughout our time with them. He really did make our experience as stress-free as he possibly could. Messages were always passed on, call backs happened promptly and helpful advice was given when necessary. Thank you for helping us buy our first family home!

Andrew Blachford was very courteous and helpful throughout and particularly helpfully liaised with the vendor regarding some minor works to the property prior to purchase. He answered all queries quickly and really helpfully.<br /><br />Andrew (and Mathew ) were very patient in showing us a number of properties prior to us making our decision. They understood our requirements and never gave us the "hard sell"<br /><br />

Absolutely amazing service from Jack and the team!! Myself and my other half were first time buyers and complete novices when it came to purchasing a property. Jack was ESSENTIAL in ensuring we got our dream house! We went through 3 other Property Agents in Poole and they were nothing in comparison to Jack and Goadsby. Jack understood our needs and did everything possible to make sure it was a stress free transition from letting to buying. I cannot recommend Jack and the rest of the team at Goadsby enough; we are looking forward to buying our next house just so we can use Goadbsy and Jack again! WOW!!!! Customer Service at its best! There are a lot of companies not just estate agents that could learn a lot from these guys! As a first time buyer it was all very daunting but Goadsby Poole and specifically Jack were amazing. There was a "hiccup" but with solicitors NOT agency and what can I say...... they went above and beyond!! As a result of their professionalism and other brilliant qualities it meant my partner and I got our first house together!! People are quick to MOAN but not very quick to praise..... I cannot praise this branch and Jack enough. I will be recommending them at every opportunity possible and they will be the first people we go to as and when we decide to upsize. Words cannot do the service we received justice. AMAZING!!!! Thank you Jack and James who dealt directly with us and also to the rest of the team.

We signed up with every Estate agent in Westbourne and only Goadsbys and one other actively helped us in our search to relocate to the area.<br />Gavin Harris suggested that we might like Balcombe Road and we did in fact purchase an apartment in that Road.
