I purchased my first house through goadsby Poole and could not of had a better experience, matt & James who worked closely on the purchase, was helpful, professional and proactive from both sides of the purchase, communication from first viewing till completion was amazing always responsive to answer any queries which made things easy, would recommend using them to anyone.

I purchased through Goadbsy in Poole and could not have had a better experience, from communication around the first viewing to the final day of completion. Matt and James who worked most closely on my case were both incredibly responsive, helpful and proactive in supporting both sides of the deal, and even worked with their Swanage office to get colleague Ollie to go completely above and beyond there collecting a contract out of hours to ensure that the planned completion day could be met. Every member of staff I spoke to on the phone was professional, friendly and resolved enquiries quickly. I would 100% recommend working with Goadbsy in Poole to my own friends and family. Thank you!

In a tough market Goadsby have shown their strengths. Jack and James kept me fully informed and despite two deals falling through they stuck with it and got the final purchaser across the line very quickly. The level of service was excellent and they put every effort into it. Very pleased.

Mr Blachford always prepared to go 'the extra mile' : (a) in showing us a wide range of apartments to help us make an optimum choice ; and (b) in providing any extra information necessary between offer and completion to help organise things from a distance away.
