We were very pleased with the help and advice Nicola Coaker gave us in the complex purchase of a leasehold retirement flat. She kept a steady eye on our solicitor's progress and kept us up to date with the process, which took over 3 months. Nicole is extremely competent, knows her business, and was immediately helpful as we struggled with new information and the slow process between solicitors in buying a leasehold flat in a retirement housing association.

Nicole was friendly and professional on our initial meeting and I instantly decided to place the property with her at Goadsbys in Poole.
