Sue Gardiner provided an absolutely exceptional service throughout the process to exchange, going above and beyond to navigate what was a very complex and volatile chain through to exchange. The level of professionalism and attentiveness shown by Sue was outstanding.

I would use Goadsby again but namely, I would use Matt Coombes again. He has been excellent and thorough, very patient and always quick to respond. We were in an unusual situation with emigration and Matt has been reassuring throughout and made something quite big as minimally stressful as possible. Thanks, The Gilsons.

I must say all of the team at the Fordingbridge branch were exceptional, Matt especially! Always on hand to explain a situation with a honest and helpful response, never trying to rush you off the phone and always gave the time of day and regular updates which was greatly appreciated after having a difficult experiences with various other estate agents involved during previous sales and fall throughs. Also the Verwood branch with special mention to Sue who was also extremely helpful and proactive! Always pushing and chasing others to get things done. Overall can’t fault them one single bit! Brilliant!
