We tried several Estate Agents in the local area to sell our house over the past one and half years. A couple of them managed a few viewings but none of them came to anything. Switching to Goadsby in Fordingbridge followed a detailed inspection of our property and an in depth discussion with Malcolm Steeden, the manager of the office. This proved to be a good decision as he, and his assistant Matt, soon began to direct potential buyers to our property. The house is in a secluded spot and does not suit everyone, but these two gentlemen found us buyers, indeed two buyers competing for the purchase. Malcolm was then extremely helpful analysing the two offers and their ability to proceed through their different "chains", offering advice as to which offer we should accept. We are delighted to report that Malcolm's advice, and his and his assistant Matt's constant monitoring of the process, has led to a sale. We cannot praise Matt highly enough, he kept us and our buyers informed regularly throughout the process; Matt was always easy to get a hold of and we never had to chase him.
