Very good service both on the rental and sales side of our dealings with Goadsby Ferndown branch and we would recommend them to anyone for both rental and and the selling of property.

Goadsby managed the rental and then recent sale of of my late mother’s house. The staff were courteous and professional at all times. Particular thanks to Chris Smith, Lettings Manager and Richard Farnes, Assistant Director of Sales.

Richard Farnes was the most knowledgeable and helpful Agent to deal with. He was always there to answer any query and help us wind through this very stressful procedure. Highly recommended to anyone undertaking a move of house, and when not in the office, the others in the team were more than helpful.

I've only ever left two other reviews online but I felt compelled to write this one as buying a new house is usually stressful, and thanks to Tim, this one wasn't. My experience was brilliant. Tim was super efficient, helping me in many ways, and I was the purchasers, not the seller. I've bought and sold a few houses over the years and Goadsby's was far better than any of the national chains. Tim made sure he was available and always took our calls or phoned back promptly. A real surprise to deal with a company that was so efficient, even in a pandemic! I'll definitely only use Goadsby's from now on.

Amazing service. Tim worked flat out to ensure our purchase went smoothly. Without him, the whole process would have been far more stressful. I’ve never met an Estate Agent that worked so hard and truly can’t recommend Goadsby’s enough. We’ve previously used big-chain agencies but were less than impressed. I’d only ever want to use Goadsby’s now.
