We were extremely satisfied with our dealings with Goadsby Ferndown. The Manager, Tim Winslade was very professional and very helpful at all times. His organisation of the viewings over one day was excellent, and the negotiations on our behalf resulted in a very good sale price of our property.

Great communication and service from start to end. Tim dealt with the chain we were in, and although it was a very testing chain, with lots of complications, Tim was fantastic with communicating what was happening throughout the process. Highly recommend.

The team at Goadsby proved to the perfect partners in helping my parents downsize. Their constant support, advice, prompt updates and general good humour turned a challenging situation into one that was easily managed. 5 stars! My partner and I bought our first home together this year and are so glad we did it through Goadsby. The service was professional and person centred. Sadly, we experienced a lot of delay with the purchase (no fault of Goadsby) and Tim Winslade, branch manager, went above and beyond to keep us updated and to assist us with the move. I would recommend Goadsby to anyone looking for a friendly and professional service to support them with finding their new home.
