I have had the most wonderful experience letting through Goadsby, this has entirely been down to Natasha. I have been looking for a premises to rent for a little while and was getting quite despondent with the market, it almost felt as if letting agents just didn’t care either way if I wasn’t spending millions but Natasha has made me feel like the most important client she has from day one. She is professional, attentive, efficient and kind. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she has kept me informed throughout the entire renting process, couldn’t have asked for more. Everytime I’ve popped in to branch the entire team has made me feel welcome and Natasha has dealt with all my queries with speed and dedication. Her kind and caring attitude has gone above and beyond and I will forever recommend Goadsby to others in the future solely because of her.

Goadsby as a company were professional and unflappable. Unfailingly supportive and willing to go the extra mile. In particular Tim and Polly were jewels. We are in their debt and I am so glad we decided to do busines with them, We cannot thank them enough fo seeing us through a difficult time.
