Goadsby, Ferndown, have been absolutely fantastic. They have helped and advised all the way through the selling of our property.Any problems and they have done their best to solve them, and support us through any difficulties. I couldn't have asked for more. The let us know what was happening at every stage of the process , keeping us informed and less stressed. Polly was our sales negotiator and she worked so hard. Nothing was too much trouble. Tim, the manager and Chris were always there to help at any other time. Together they made this stressful process go so much more easily. Thank you all so much. I have had the most wonderful experience letting through Goadsby, this has entirely been down to Natasha. I have been looking for a premises to rent for a little while and was getting quite despondent with the market, it almost felt as if letting agents just didn’t care either way if I wasn’t spending millions but Natasha has made me feel like the most important client she has from day one. She is professional, attentive, efficient and kind. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she has kept me informed throughout the entire renting process, couldn’t have asked for more. Everytime I’ve popped in to branch the entire team has made me feel welcome and Natasha has dealt with all my queries with speed and dedication. Her kind and caring attitude has gone above and beyond and I will forever recommend Goadsby to others in the future solely because of her.
