Josie was extremely professional throughout, kept me informed of progress and I was in no doubt she was aware of all developments. She has a friendly nature, which puts people at ease and is great at her job. All estate agents should be trained by her - she is fabulous!

We were impressed with the initial consultation at our home because of the examples of similar properties we were shown and the authentic manner that spoke to us of integrity. We were impressed with the speed a sale was secured and the way we were supported throughout the process. <br /><br />We were not told, until it was too late, of the full services we could have asked for, such as scanning and printing documentation for the conveyancer. We were horrified when we were sent a second invoice asking for additional payments for Goadsby's services after completion. We were asked for an additional �400+ and, upon checking, it was incorrect, we were being over-charged. That was the only fly in the ointment.
