Andrew and the whole team in the chandlers ford branch were extremely helpful and kept us well informed with regular updates.<br />They achieved a quick sale at the price we had hoped for with cash buyers. A very friendly and efficient team in comparison to the agent we were purchasing our new home through. Andrew chased our sale regularly to speed things along even during an extremely busy time and with limited staff due to covid. There is not one thing that we were unhappy with or that we felt needed improvement.

Andrew and the wider team have helped me a great deal over the last few months and really made it easy to purchase my first house! Happy to communicate by email or phone as appropriate, it was their ability to keep me updated which i appreciated the most. Thoroughly recommended!

We had to move during the 'lock down' (long overdue review - sorry guys!) and Dan Salkeld was amazingly proactive and helpful. He even took a video of the property with his phone so we could see it! Everything was dealt with very quickly and our move facilitated amazingly smoothly, especially given the constraints at the time. They definitely went above and beyond.... I would highly recommend using Goadsby Estate Agents. Andrew helped us with the sale of my mum's bungalow, and he was extemely professional and helpful at all times. Throughout the sale, Andrew kept us fully informed of progress.
