First the Lettings & Maintenace teams whilst I rented my house out, & then the Sales team this year when I sold my house. They are friendly, professional, speedy & will go out of their way to help you in all aspects of their services. I couldn't have wished for a better Lettings & Estate Agents & would highly recommend Lynne & the team.

Andrew and Josie were absolutely excellent. Extremely organised, efficient, helpful, very knowledgeable and always friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Buying and selling a house is always a stressful process but their calmness always helps you through and makes everything OK. They go above and beyond any other estate agent we’ve known. They completely get that it’s not just the seller who’s important, it’s the buyer as well. It was by chance looking through google reviews that I called them and I’m so glad I did. They are definitely the best!!

Lynne Campbell at Goadsby's Eastleigh branch was absolutely outstanding. She found us a home that fitted all our needs and helped us to get it for a price that we could afford. Our move was severely hampered by 2 lockdowns and poor service from our solicitor but even though she was 'working' for the vendor, Lynne supported us consistently and spoke to all the professionals involved when we weren't legally able to to make sure that the legal processes kept moving and we were kept informed of all the necessary and vital information. We are now finally living in our forever home and can't thank Lynne and Goadsbys enough

Our relationship with Goadsby, and in particular Josie began about 5 years or so ago when I requested a market valuation. We weren't ready to move at that point so Josie asked if she could keep in touch which she did - just a phone call every 6 months, never pushy, just happy to advise and wait until the time was right. That time was February 2020 - we went on the market and almost straight into lockdown! Our sale will complete later this month and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Josie and Andrew at Goadsby Chandlers Ford - they have been professional throughout, always replied promptly to queries and didn't hassle us at all, even when it seemed as if we were never going to find our onward purchase!
