Worst experience so far with an estate agent. Didn't provide the keys and documents to us in time on our moving in day, which resulted in a rushed check-in inventory report and poor communication, delays and unprofessional behaviour from their staff. Will never use again and would strongly recommend to avoid using.

For the sale of my flat in Chandler's Ford I chose Goadsby estate agents. Starting with a professional visit by the branch manager and full support by all at the staff at the agents office during the entire process I made a good choice in selecting Goadsby.

Having dealt mainly with Lynne, I have found her extremely helpful, friendly and kind, even when I have asked probably stupid questions (never having moved before), and would rate my experience as very good.
