We had an extremely good experience with Ben from Goadsby. We were very anxious first time buyers and felt thoroughly supported by the whole C. ford team (Ben, Ryan, Josie). Always received prompt response to our emails and phone enquiries. Ben guided us really well through the whole process, and provided frequent and much needed reassurance. It was a stress free and hassle free experience for us. We were listened to at all stages. Would highly recommend this lovely team.

We were really impressed by the ease, frequency and clarity of communication . Your approach is relational which we like.We sold a property that wasn???t necessarily easy to sell, relatively quickly and for the asking price. Poppy was very easy to work with and we appreciated her going the extra mile assisting our buyer with the keys on completion day.

The sale would not have completed on time had it not been for the intervention of Goadsby due to the incompetence of our Solicitors. They are very experience in dealing with shared ownership properties.
