Sophie was excellent at keeping us informed on progress with our move which was on a very tight deadline because of the stamp duty change at the end of March. She suggested solicitors for both us and our purchaser, who she knew would be able to work quickly.She regularly kept in contact with those further up the chain to try to keep everything on track as much as she could. Thank you.

Goadsby Broadstone office provided a professional service from initial meeting to completion of the sale. Without Sophie’s personal intervention and actions our chain may have collapsed. We would definitely recommend the Goadsby estate agency - especially the Broadstone office.
