An excellent service from all the team at the Broadstone branch of Goadsby, especially Sophie. Very professional throughout the whole process, which was challenging at times . Always put my mind at rest and rest assured me, went above and beyond. Highly recommended. I am now in my forever home.

Very professional brochure produced. Arranged 6/8 viewings and got a buyer. Dealt with Tom mostly. Very friendly. Sometimes I got frustrated that calls were not returned in a timely way. However we spoke about it and things were a lot better post this. Other staff in the office were professional also.

I am very pleased with the service I have received so far from both Tom Hill and Chris Morey regarding the sale of the property at 8 Pergin Crescent Poole. From the initial meeting with Tom Hill re valuation and marketing to following viewings with Chris Morey leading to an offer on the property. As this is a sale on behalf of my Mother (for whom I have POA) who is now in a care home, it has to maximise her assets for future care home fees. Both Tom and Chris have been sympathetic and understanding of the needs and urgency of the sale and have kept me informed of all aspects throughout. With the service I have received to date I would happily recommend Goadsbys (in particular Tom and Chris) and look forward to completion on the sale of my property

Sophie and her team achieved asking price for our house within days of listing. Delivering everything professionally and faultessly. I was initially hesitant to use a "chain" agent for a high value house however, they are head & shoulders above the competition in Broadstone & would not hesitate to recommend.
