We purchased our property in 2007 through Goadsby and are in the process of selling the same property, again through Goadsby. The service we have been provided has been exemplary. Georgia and Charlotte have catered for our every need; their professionalism, attentiveness and customer service has been simply magnificent. I could not recommend the Goadsby Bournemouth team strongly enough. Absolutely deserving of 5 stars!

Greg and Tim at the Charminster office were Friendly and very helpful when dealing with the property sale. With more than 30 viewings they worked very hard to ensure we achieved the best price and that the sale went through smoothly. Would have no hesitation contacting Greg and Tim in the future regarding a purchase and/or sale. Probably the best Goadsby office we have dealt with over the years.

Tim and Greg were very professional throughout and I did not need to chase them. We achieved our target price in a reasonable time frame.

Kept us informed

I met with four different estate agents when I put the flat on the market. Georgia was the only agent to come armed with details of similar properties to justify her view on market price for our flat. Georgia also explained that two bedroom flats were scarce and suggested aiming for a higher price, bringing it down if it didn't generate any interest.<br />Charlotte handled most of the viewings, and worked hard with our purchaser, an apparently nervous first time buyer who needed some support. Eventually Charlotte negotiated a price increase on the flat to compensate us for paying to extend the lease for a longer period to suit the buyer.<br />I don't live in the area, and Goadsby dealt with everything, reducing my need to travel to site.<br />I used to think Estate Agent fees were money for nothing - I don't think that any more, the team worked really hard to make this sale.
