Possibly the worst letting agency in the area.

Charlotte worked extremely well with the Purchase Progression personnel re our Cheltenham purchase.<br />There was a long chain involved.<br />We think it would be v useful if you printed the Total Sq footage/ meterage on your Sales Brochures. We found this a hugely useful stat. when looking for our next property & many Agents do include it.

Everything was excellent and I was communicated either via email or sent letter by post. I had 2 viewings of the property and Rebecca was on time and gave us our space. I have always looked for Goadsby advertisements on Rightmove and Zoopla and always thought you are the best in the market. Happy to deal with you, thanks again!

Originally we sold and purchased another property with goadsby, Tim Winslade was absolutely amazing in assisting with both the sale of our existing property and the purchase of our new home that we specifically sought him out when selling our existing property. Tim came to see us and arranged the details to be passed across to the Bournemouth town centre office. Charlotte Anning has been great and has kept us up to date with progression of the sale at all times.

We saw a fantastic estate agent called Richard Wellington. He has been the most accommodating and one of the most professional estate agents I have come across, from always being early at appointments to following up promptly without being overly aggressive, and I feel he went out of his way to try to find the right home for us, as it happens we found a property we loved that was on with a different agent but when I called to inform Richard we had found something else he wished us well and offered any further advice or help he would still be happy to assist. It was so refreshing to deal with someone so enthusiastic and I really feel he made looking for our first home an enjoyable experience. If for what ever reason our purchase doesn’t work out I will definitely be coming back to Richard.
