Goadsby Commercial have on behalf of a private client successfully let another retail unit in Winchester’s popular High Street.

147 High Street comprises ground floor retail space of 402sq.ft, quoting rent for the unit was £49,500 and a lease term of 10 years was agreed. The unit is currently undergoing fit-out works.
