Goadsby have, on behalf of GP Commercial Ltd, exchanged contracts on Unit 2, Plot 7, Forest Gate Business Park to True Brands Ltd on a new 10 year full repairing and insuring lease. This two storey detached office premises extends to approximately 2,722 sq ft and is anticipated to be ready for occupation for Spring 2017. There is only one available office space remaining within this phase, which extends to approximately 3,573 sq ft.
