Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Commercial have completed the letting of 6 High Street, Fordingbridge, Hampshire, SP6 1AX to Polly-Anna Curtis who will be opening the premises as a beauty salon.
The subject premises comprise a net internal area of 624 sq ft and was let on a new lease, granted for a term of 10 years. The quoting rental was £11,000 pa ex.
