Goadsby Complete Another Screwfix Deal To Fill Quarry Business Park, Bishops Waltham Screwfix have taken a new lease on Unit 2, Quarry Business Park to complete the long term lettings of the new build industrial units. Winchester City Council built the industrial estate speculatively and were able to accommodate the Fire Service while their new station was built. Goadsby have been successful in now securing long term tenants for the estate which was a former depot.

Allan Pickering, Head of Goadsby Hampshire Commercial, comments, “We now have three long terms tenants in place, including the welcome addition of Screwfix that will provide building supplies to local people and businesses. Screwfix have approximately 1,726 stores across the UK and have been taking a on smaller stores to service the areas in between the larger towns. The unit extends to 2,938 sq ft and has been taken on a new 10 year lease. With fitout currently being completed, the store will be open very soon to new customers.”
