Acting on behalf of a private client, Goadsby Commercial are pleased to report the recent sale of the popular Loft Restaurant in Weymouth.
The spacious 80 cover restaurant and separate 24 cover “party room” has been sold to local restauranteur, Gary Pullin.
The restaurant enjoys stunning harbourside views from the second and third floors and has an outside seating area and parking for 2 vehicles.
Mark Nurse from Goadsby commented, “We were pleased to assist our client in the sale of this restaurant. The new owner, Gary Pullin, will operate a pizza restaurant and will continue to provide the same great food and service that The Loft Restaurant has always been known for”.
“I am thrilled to be taking over The Loft Restaurant”, said Gary. “I have been a customer of the restaurant over the years and I know that it has always been a great place to eat. I am looking forward to continuing the tradition of excellent food and service. We intend to start trading at the end of April 2023”.
Goadsby Commercial was the exclusive agent on the sale of The Loft Restaurant.
