Goadsby, acting on behalf of a private client, have let Unit 1 and Unit 3, Roman Quay, High Street, Fordingbridge, Hampshire. Both premises are situated on the Fordingbridge High Street, located in the town centre.
Unit 3, measuring approximately 372 sq ft was let to a community refill store at a rental of £4,000 per annum exclusive. Unit 1, measuring approximately 690 sq ft was let to Forest Edge Pottery Ltd at a rental of £7,000 per annum exclusive.
