Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby Commercial are delighted to report the recent sale of the long established Sal E Pepe Restaurant in Charminster.
The popular Italian restaurant which had been operated by our clients for over 23 years has been sold to Ersin Turay.
The exceptionally well presented catering premises comprise 70 licensed covers and include al-fresco dining to the front of the business.
The new operator Ersin Turay intends to operate a daytime bistro café serving breakfasts, burgers, baguettes, panini’s and pizza and pasta.
Mark Nurse of Goadsby commented, “We were pleased to be able to assist our client in the sale of this long established Italian restaurant. The new owner is an experienced head chef and he will be operating the business with his wife. At the present time the premises are being redecorated and then the bistro café will be open to the public. I am delighted that Ersin has taken this eatery and Goadsby wish him the best for the future”.
