Goadsby Complete Letting Of Impressive Office Accommodation In Former Methodist Church Goadsby, acting on behalf of a private client, are pleased to announce a successful letting of the first floor offices at the Former Methodist Church, Poole Road, Westbourne.  The office space had undergone a substantial refurbishment to convert the restaurant (formerly ‘Plates’) to impressive office accommodation. The accommodation extended to approximately 2,148 sq ft plus an external garden area.  The refurbishment included new LED lighting, air conditioning, perimeter trunking and cabling and new kitchen.

Bryony Solan, Business Space commented “We were delighted to let the premises to Darcstudio Ltd. The premises offered unique office space with feature stained glass windows and high ceilings. We were not surprised that a firm of architects were interested when Darcstudio contacted us and we are delighted that we were able to reach a satisfactory outcome for all parties.”
