58 Old Christchurch Road, arranged over 4 storeys, has been let on a new lease for a term of 15 years. The quoting rental was £47,500 per annum exclusive.
8 Post Office Road, which comprised a ground floor sales area with ancillary storage at basement level, has been let on a new lease for a term of 10 years. The quoting rental was £25,000 per annum exclusive.
