Goadsby Have Sold Boutique Hotel & Bistro In Cadnam

Goadsby Commercial’s Leisure team has completed on the sale of La Chateau Boutique Hotel and Bistro to new owners Paul and Toni Eaton.

The beautifully presented detached boutique hotel and bistro was completely refurbished to an exceptional standard in our clients hands. It features 6 newly fitted en-suite letting rooms and a 50 cover bistro. In addition it has a bar and function room and a spacious owners 2 bedroom self-contained flat. The hotel is situated in attractive gardens extending to approximately 1¼ acres and has ample car parking.

Mark Nurse of Goadsby Commercial commented, “We were delighted to have found a new owner for this desirable New Forest hotel and restaurant. There is plenty of scope for Mr & Mrs Eaton to develop the business further, particularly the bistro and function aspects of the business. We currently have a number of sales progressing in the locality and it is pleasing to see that despite current economic challenges there is still a keen appetite to purchase quality businesses in the New Forest area”.
