Goadsby Commercial’s Business Transfer team has completed on the sale of the Nail & Beauty Studio to experienced business owners Mark Tillison and Lucie A’Bear. The beautifully presented salon was established by our clients in 2001 and comprises 4 nail technician tables, 3 beauty rooms and a spray tan room.
The business which is now known as The Solent Medi Spa Chandlers Ford was owned and operated by the same family for over 18 years and has built up a well deserved reputation for quality and enjoys a loyal following in the community.
The new owner Lucie A’Bear commented, “We currently operate two salons in Southsea and Chichester and when the opportunity arose to purchase such a well presented salon with a strong client base we were pleased to have the opportunity to purchase the business. We have already introduced additional treatments and employed two new members of staff. In addition we have extended the opening hours to 7 days a week and now offer an online booking system. Going forward we plan to develop the skincare side of the business and offer more advanced treatments including laser hair removal. In the future we intend to expand the chain further by acquiring spas in the Bournemouth and Salisbury areas”.
