Paul Stewart, Managing Director of Goadsby Commercial Limited reports a new staff appointment.

“We are delighted to announce the appointment of Warwick Dales as an Assistant Surveyor within our Valuation team based in Bournemouth.

Warwick’s primary role will be to handle Landlord and Tenant negotiations for commercial property rent reviews and lease renewals throughout Dorset and Hampshire. We have an extensive portfolio under Management, so we have a constant stream of instructions which require dedicated attention. Warwick will therefore be working closely with our Property Management team and will be backed up by evidence from our Agency teams in both Dorset and Hampshire.

We will also be supporting Warwick throughout his quest to attain AssocRICS via the Valuation pathway.”
