Schenker Have New Warehouse And Offices Built In Poole

Goadsby and Nettleship Sawyer have, on behalf of GP Commercial Investments, pre-let an 18,152 sq ft detached factory/warehouse with offices at The Fulcrum, Poole to Schenker Ltd. Construction has already commenced and Schenker are aiming to take occupation by the end of 2017.

The proposed building will have a clear internal eaves height of approximately 8.5m and will have air conditioned offices at ground and first floor level.
