Reserved Matter Consent For New Houses

Updated: June 30, 2025

Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby has obtained reserved matter planning permission for the development of two bungalows on land to the rear of 11-17 Livingstone Road, Parkstone. This follows on from outline planning permission that was granted in 2024.

The planning permission is subject to conditions, including the need to purchase nutrient credits to mitigate adverse impacts on the nearby Poole Harbour, and the need to achieve 10% biodiversity net gain – a relatively new requirement on small sites such as this.
