Planning & Listed Building Consent for Enhanced Care Facility

Acting on behalf of the Shaftesbury Group, a disability support charity, Goadsby has obtained planning permission and listed building consent for additional care and educational facilities at Netteswell Rectory in Harlow, Essex. The new development, comprising additional office and overnight residential accommodation, will enable the Shaftesbury Group to enhance its help to people with disabilities at the site.
Netteswell Rectory is a Grade II Listed Building and located within the Netteswellbury Conservation Area. The application is on a separate building just to the rear. The decision was made by Harlow Council in 10 weeks.
